Paralysis can be accompanied by a loss of feeling or the inability to act or function properly. Paralysis is described as a loss of muscle function for one or more muscles. We like this film title because even though our lead is trying to show that he is not able to control anything around him, we like the idea that our lead could be in some sort of dream state. Lucid is described in psychology as the dreamer feeling awake, aware of dreaming, and able to control events consciously. we have chosen to use this as a name because it describes the transitions into the decline that the lead character is feeling. We have chosen these name ideas because of what their meanings are to do with the similar to the film in a certain way.ĭecadence is often used to describe a decline due to an erosion of moral and ethical traditions.
During the trailer, we go through with our lead in his many tries and fails in how to kill himself as he can never go through with what he is trying to do. In the above photo of Asa he is staring absently at a computer screen with the title ‘ of how to commit suicide ‘ this is because of the character is trying to kill themselves but doesn’t know how to do so. This is why we have chosen Asa for our lead not because he fits the characteristics we are going for with the character but because Asa is able mould himself into other people and how we want to portray him.Īsa is portraying the ‘present day lead’ which is the main character we will be focusing on the most in our work. In real life, Asa is quite a laid back, happy person who is able to get along with everyone as he is funny, very considerate of others and generally quite a positive person. This Character being portrayed is our lead, we haven’t actually given our lead a name yet but as the actor is named Asa, we will refer to him as Asa when we are talking about him.
